Division Ave Construction To Close Intersection

The 3rd St/Division Ave construction project will cause a closure of the intersection at Division and 3rd for 2 full days beginning tomorrow and continuing through Thursday.

According to City Engineer Chad Comes, the intersection will be closed during working hours both days, but will be re-opened at night after construction crews have finished for the day.

Comes went on to say that vehicle traffic should detour via Washington Ave to 15th to Airport Road and back down for eastbound traffic and vice versa for westbound.

The work on the intersection is expected to be completed by the end of the workday on Thursday.
