State Fair 4H Facilities Need Your Help
Posted on Thursday, July 3, 2008
Community Service is just one of the many ways 4-H makes a difference in their community, county, and state. This summer there is an excellent opportunity for those same 4-H youth and families to give back to the program. The 4-H State Fair facilities have been used by generations of families and they need help.
This year some buildings and facilities on the State Fair grounds have been identified to paint and fix up.
All persons, 4-H Clubs and groups who donate time and money to the 2008 Spruce Up Campaign will be recognized with their name on a plaque that will hang in Clover Hall and the list of donors will be listed in the 2009 State Fair 4-H Book.
Help put a fresh face on the 4-H facilities at the State Fair grounds. Get a group together to give back to the 4-H program. If you have questions, please contact Becky Jenson at 256-7603.
