New Hope Day Care Groundbreaking

A groundbreaking is on the way for New Hope Day Service Today, September 16th, beginning at 6:30 pm.

The New Hope Day board of directors have approved a new 38x78 building on the Bethel campus for expanded child daycare and preschool programs.

The project will be completed by the end of the year, and the expanded program will begin January 1. 15 children are currently in the program, and the expanded site will be able to accommodate up to 44 children. In addition to those already in the program, there are 21 applications on file for the new service.

The present hours of operation are 5:30 am- 6:00pm. A survey is underway with area employers to gauge their interest on behalf of their employees for a daycare center that would have later hours available.
