Madison Band Will Have a Busy Saturday

Luverne, Minnesota, will host the 58th annual Tri-State Band Festival this Saturday. The parade begins on Main Street at 10 a-m, and the field competition will start at 12:30 at the Luverne High School football field.

More than 2,000 band members and faculty are expected at the Tri-State Band Festival, the longest-running band competition in the area.

The Spirit of Madison Marching Band will make Luverne one of three stops Saturday. Madison will start the day at the DSU Homecoming Parade, then travel to Luverne, before ending the day at a competition in Brandon.
