5:30-7pm DSU students will be passing out treats in Emry, Zimmermann, Richardson and Higbie halls. The public is welcome.

6-7:30pm Golden Living Center

6:30-8pm Bethel Lutheran Home

Retail Trick or Treat

Friday, October 31st from 4-6pm will be the "Retail Trick or Treat" event for children. Chamber businesses will have a "Trick or Treat" poster hanging in their window to let parents know they are participating and would like children to stop in for candy. Posters may be picked up at the Chamber office.
