Walk-in flu Clinic Nov. 12 at Courthouse

The Northland Family Practice Clinic, Ltd. and the South Dakota Department of Health Community Health Services Office will hold a joint walk-in influenza immunization clinic on Nov. 12 from 5-7 p.m. in the commissioner's room at the Lake County Courthouse.

The clinic is open to the public. Children age 6 months and older should be immunized, officials say.

Adults and children on Medicare and/or Medicaid are asked to bring their cards and any supplement insurance cards. There will be a $27 charge for non-Medicare and non-Medicaid adults and a $7 administrative fee per shot for children not on Medicaid. No child will be denied due to inability to pay.
