No Lake County Recount

Craig Johannsen has decided not to ask for a recount of votes in the Lake County Commission contest. Lake County Auditor Kay Schmidt says Johannsen called her to say he wouldn't be asking for a recount. Chris Giles, Roger Hageman and Dan Bohl were the top three vote-getters in the County Commission race, but it was close. Craig Johannsen received just 30 fewer votes than Bohls received. The deadline for requesting a recount was the end of business Wednesday.
