Dan Bohl to Resign from City Commission

Madison City Commissioner Dan Bohl made it official Monday evening, announcing that he will resign from the city commission effective the December 29th meeting of the Commission. Bohl was elected to the Lake County Commission and will take office early in January. Bohl says he doesn't want to serve on both boards at the same time. He told the City Commission that he learned a lot while serving on the city commission. Bohl says his departure from the city commission four months before the end of his term will allow the city commission to decide what it wants to do about the vacancy.
