City Commission Organizes for the New Year

The Madison City Commission approved several city license renewals and appointed former City Commissioner Dan Bohl to the Planning Commission.

The Commission took several annual organizational actions.

The Commission set the 2009 election date for April 14th and designated Wells Fargo Bank. Wells Fargo Investments, First American Bank, Great West Bank, SD F-I-T and First National Bank as official depositories.

The Madison Daily Leader was designated as the official newspaper and the Commission set 2009 salaries.
