Highway 34 Board Expanded

"Highway Thirty-Four...four the Future" is expanding its board from four to six.

The group is pushing to make Highway 34, four lanes between Madison and I-29.

The Madison City Commission approved a resolution Monday to provide for the two additional members.

The chairman of the group John Goeman says the expansion will provide two spots on the board for members from Moody County.

Goeman says one of the new members will be a member of the Colman City Council. The other will be from Moody County at large.
