South Dakota Economy Resilient

Lieutenant Governor Dennis Daugaard, says South Dakota seems to be weathering the economy better than most areas of the country. Daugaard was in Madison Thursday to speak to the annual meeting of the Lake Area Improvement Corporation. He says there are a couple of reasons for the state's resilience; the tax system and the financially conservative nature of South Dakotans.
